Studies at Universities across the country and in Europe have shown that thin people that are not active and do not watch their weight are at a higher risk of death than fat people that exercise and keep themselves active. Many in San Diego, California who do not workout were shocked by this fact as they believed being thin made them healthy. One University in London even found that thin people may not show their fat on the outside, but it can build up inside their bodies around their internal organs!

At San Diego's Most In-Demand Workout Program, Getting Fit we make it clear to our clients that to really achieve health and fitness they need to eat lots of natural and healthy foods in reasonable portions, and also exercise for an hour 2-3 times per week with extra cardio workouts another few days per week.

While some people may live on crappy food and not gain weight due to their high metabolism, they will have lower energy levels, potentially hoard fat on the inside around their organs, and have lowered immune systems. At our San Diego, CA Workout Sessions we offer sound nutritional guidance as well as meal plans and preparation ideas to assist you in achieving ultimate health. 
  • Teaching   — With San Diego Fitness Program You'll never see us stick you on some piece of equipment and leave you there for an hour and then call it a workout. That's just not how it goes with our San Diego exercise programs...no way..no how...never. You see your San Diego Personal Trainers will guide you through your workouts to show you the right exercises for your fitness ideals and will make sure you use correct form so you don't injure yourself. We will not leave you stranded and confused. 
  • Results — What's the point of working hard without results? In our workouts we make sure you're doing the most effective exercises, you have a meal plan suited for you, and that you show up to every workout. Our goal is to help you succeed.
