Many of the personnel we have on staff are available to help you in many different ways and locations. Do you and
your friends want to have a personal trainer come to your house twice a week and instruct a fitness class? How
about having a personal trainer meet you at the track so you can run and cross train, but with someone to motivate
you? And of course, a personal trainer will always be available in the
gym to assist you in your daily workout. At the gym, we have many classes to offer if you like the gym atmosphere
and being social with others, but get tired of spending so much time on the equipment. We have dance classes, spin
classes, yoga, Pilates, and we are always taking suggestions for new classes that our patrons may be interested in.
A personal trainer will instruct each of these classes, and please feel free to let them know if you have any
special restrictions, or if you want to challenge yourself beyond the class. A personal trainer is like a work out
buddy, coach, and friend all rolled into one. He or she can even help you decide on what foods you should be eating
for whatever your personal goals are. The personal trainer may even give you his or her personal cell phone number,
so that you can contact them and ask questions about your workout routine, food habits, or even just letting them
know you will be late to a workout (or schedule an additional workout). So why is a personal trainer a good fit for
you? Well, a personal trainer is just that, someone to train you, but providing you with a more personal
experience. Whether you want to lose 10 pounds or 100 pounds, train for a marathon, or try to improve your mile
time, a personal trainer is a great way to accomplish any and all fitness goals.
