"Have You Allowed a Lemon Grove Gym,
Health Club, or Personal Trainer Screw You
Over?"
Many Lemon Grove health clubs and personal
trainers make a lot of promises, but never keep up their end of
the deal. Don't let yourself be taken in by these slippery
tricks!
Hi, I'm Ron
Brouchard, owner Getting
Fit Personal Training
in San Diego and serving El
Cajon, Santee and Lemon Grove . Before I started
Getting Fit I too was sucked into the lies and tricks of
the gyms and health clubs. I used to work for a local
health club, and personally saw the deception and
manipulation that the health club leadership was
promoting.
Signs you're being taken advantage of by a
Lemon Grove, CA gym or health
club:
You're feeling pressured to sign a
contract:
The
smooth-talking sales representatives for Lemon Grove gyms and
fitness centers are taught to do anything they can to get you
to sign up for a contract, even if all you want to do is a
little running occasionally, they'll try to sign you up for the
whole shebang including a personal trainer exclusively for you.
Most people do not need a personal trainer to work with them
one-on-one as its super expensive, and they're not really
helping you any more than they would in a less expensive
semi-private training session.
They're telling you all their personal
trainers go through a "certification"
program:
One
absolutely shocking thing I found out working for Health Clubs
is when they advertise open positions, they're not too
selective on who takes what job. Basically, whoever walks in
and has a decent personality can get whatever job they want
that's available, whether it's a janitor, sales representative
or personal trainer. A lot of the Lemon Grove gyms and health
clubs run their personal trainers through a quick-fix weekend
certification course, hand them a stopwatch and send them out
to train clients.
They tell you all you need to do to lose
weight is workout more:
First of
all, having worked at these Lemon Grove, CA gyms and health
clubs, I've seen people exercises for months, and walk in every
day looking exactly the same! Obviously exercise alone isn't
the solution, but the health clubs would have you think that
because the more training sessions they sign you up for, the
more money in their pockets.
Having seen
all these lies in action, I started my own personal training
program in Lemon Grove, CA to actually help others get into
amazing shape through intense, fun and invigorating workouts.
At Getting Fit, our personal trainers will teach you the most
effective exercises to reach you fitness goals, and make sure
that you're doing them correctly to achieve maximum results and

About Lemon Grove The
city of Lemon Grove is notable for many reasons, some of which
include being named the 21st best city to live in the U.S. by
CNN Money, and also having the distinction of being the richest
city in the United States with a median income of $121,075 as
of 2006. President Richard Nixon was born in Lemon Grove in
1913 and his Presidential Library now stands near the center of
town. Other notables include Bobby Knoop (MLB player), Buck
Rogers (MLB player), Jessamyn West (cousin to President Richard
Nixon and author of “The Friendly Persuasion”) and John Force
(pro drag racer and star of the reality show “Driving Force”).
Lemon Grove is named after Jose Antonio Yorba, a soldier on the
expedition of Gaspar de Portola, and Yorba was granted 15
Spanish Leagues of land in 1784. The land changed hands but
ultimately was retained my members of the original Yorba
Family. There are more than a dozen religious places of worship
in Lemon Grove, but no movie theaters, or police force. The
city is policed by the nearby Brea Police Department, and has
also been named as one of the safest places to live in the
country.
