Are you one of the many San Diego residents who has spent weeks
in a big corporate gym similar to 24 Hour Fitness or LA Fitness? Too many OC locals are working their butts
off, and seeing nominal improvement. It doesn’t have to be this way.
What happens to a lot of people is they starting workout out at
a gym similar to 24 Hour Fitness or LA Fitness because they want to lose weight, but not knowing the ins and outs
of health clubs and fitness science, they frequently end up doing the wrong exercises. No matter how much
time you spend at a gym like 24 Hour Fitness or LA Fitness, if you’re doing exercises that are not very effective,
or are not designed to work the areas of your body that you want to improve, then you’re not going to so impressive
results.
At Getting Fit’s personal
training in San Diego we know that your goal is to see rapid improvement, so our trainers sit down with
each client and discuss what their specific goals are, and what they want to focus on improving first, whether it
be fat loss, losing the spare tire and saggy butt, or defining muscles. This way each training session
is specifically planned to focus on those areas, and
to help clients get the most out of every session.
Our San Diego personal trainers also keep an eye on clients to
make sure that exercises are being performed correctly, because even if you are doing the right exercises, doing
them incorrectly can make them essentially useless, as well as increasing your risk for injury.
The difference between our personal
trainers, and the training services offered by big corporate San Diego health clubs that are similar to 24 Hour
Fitness and LA Fitness is that each and every one of our trainers is passionate about helping individuals, and
realize that many people have had bad experiences with personal trainers, so it is important that we focus on
meeting our clients needs through vigorous and exciting workouts and nutritional guidance. A lot of big corporate
chains similar to 24 Hour Fitness and LA Fitness hire personal trainers that are just looking for an easy way to
make some extra money, and don’t have the professional fitness background that a trainer needs.
Besides that, one of the most common complaints from people
working out gyms similar to 24 Hour Fitness and LA Fitness with a personal trainer is that the personal trainer
that they hired and paid good money for isn’t paying attention to them! Sometimes trainers are so focused on
checking themselves out in the mirror, or helping other clients, that they fail to keep track of the guy they stuck
in the corner on the treadmill. We promise that we will never abandon you on a piece of equipment. Where gyms
similar to 24 Hour Fitness and LA Fitness offer personal training on the side, our entire focus is on excellent
personal training services, which is why our clients are known for achieving incredible results. Our training
sessions typically consist of 3-6 people at a local San Diego gym so that our trainers are not overloaded with
people to keep track of, and can make sure that each individual client is set up for success.
If you’re interested in getting into remarkable shape, looking
better than you have in years, and want to do more than just workout by yourself at a gym similar to San Diego 24
Hour Fitness or LA Fitness, then our personal trainer program may be right for you. Give us a call at

About San Diego,
CA
Today’s San Diego was once just a lush area of land belonging to
Spanish settlers, who used it primarily for cattle and sheep ranching. In 1860, a severe drought
devastated the ranching industry and forced many of the land owners to sell off parcels, or in some
cases, the entirety of their land. Many of the cities that now make up San Diego were built be the
men who bought up those parcels, often around an existing mission. Following California’s
annexation by the United States, the land that is now San Diego was lumped in a much larger Los
Angeles County, only to be partitioned off and named after its most abundant crop in March of
1889.
Primarily an agricultural county initially, the farming industry began to
decline following World War II, but the county as a whole continued to prosper. Today, San
Diego’s main source of wealth comes from retail commerce, aerospace technology, and corporate
interests.
