Q. How much does your program cost?

Q. Do I get a discount if I train with a friend?

Q. Why do I need a personal trainer?

Simple.  To get real results.  We are experts in getting people to lose fat, tone muscle, and look great.  Many people find the guidance, education, support, accountability and motivation they receive from their trainer invaluable in getting the results they want from their time spent at the gym.

Q. Will you help me with my nutritional habits?

Yes, we have a variety of nutritional programs available for you.

Q. Isn't cardio better for burning fat?

NO.  Cardio can be an important part of a fat loss program but you need to develop lean muscle tissue to really turn your body into a fat melting machine. Science has proven that the only really effective way to lose body fat is through resistance training, which is what we help you do.

Q. Do I need to get a membership to the gym?

Not at all. 

Q. Shouldn't I just buy an exercise video instead of hiring a personal trainer?

Many of our clients came to us after having little or no success with exercise videos. Maybe you'll be the exception. Try it and if it doesn't work give us a call and we'll get you into shape.

Most people need the expert supervision and hands on training that our trainers provide.  A simple exercise video does not provide that.

Q. How long do the workouts last?

The workouts are one hour.

Q. I once hired a trainer and all he did was stand there and counts reps. Is that what you do?

Not at all.  We push you and make sure you are doing everything with perfect form.  We will motivate, guide you, and keep you accountable.  You will get into the best shape of your life.

Q. How many days a week should I meet with the trainer?

That depends on your goals. For most people 2 — 3 times per week is just about right.

Q. Do I need to do any other workouts on my own?

It all depends on your fitness goals.  You may receive some home assignments from your personal trainer - probably some cardio or stretching.  But for the most part, working out with us will do the trick.
