Hi, I'm Ron Brouchard, exercise enthusiast
turned Del
Mar personal trainer. I know what its like to
feel fat and flabby; I used to be the "fat guy", weighing in at 257 pounds. One day as I was walking out of a
fast food joint I looked in the mirror and was shocked to really see myself-it was painful! I decided then and
there that something had to change, and I was committed to doing anything to lose that extra
weight.
When I say anything, I mean ANYTHING. I exercised like crazy at
local Del Mar gyms and health clubs, worked my butt off every day, and after several months
saw---nothing. That's right. Aboslutely no results.
What did I do wrong? Why was I putting in all of these hours
working out with minimal or no results?
Determined to figure it out I spent literally hundreds of hours
researching and studying the science behind exercise
and fitness programs. What I discovered was a lot of B.S.
