factors that contribute to losing fat and getting into excellent shape...

Lifting weights is the single greatest way to lose fat and build muscle. By building more muscle, you
will skyrocket your metabolic rate, allowing you to burn more and more calories.

Stay Away From Processed Foods -
Processed foods are any food that has been altered from its natural state, such as potato chips.
Processed foods stimulate your fat-storage hormone, insulin, making it easier for you to gain
fat.

Drink Plenty of Water - Drinking
plenty of water helps you get rid of waste products, build muscle, and flush out fatty acids. Remember,
93% of muscle is water. So, drink enough water where you are urinating every 60 to 90
minutes.
As you can see, its
not that difficult to lose fat and get into shape. But, most Chicago Gym owners will make it seem to much more
difficult than it really is.
The key is to use
the correct approach, consistenly. One of the best ways to ensure you are doing the right things and being help
