  • Taking BOGUS Diet Pills - This you should NEVER do.  Studies have proven that most of these so-called diet pills don't even contain the actual substances that help to burn fat.  Plus, they can be very dangerous.  You should just rely on a healthy and intelligent eating plan and exercise program.

Chicago Gym Owner Reveals The Secret To Losing Fat

 

 

Most people join a gym or health club, thinking they are going to automatically start losing fat and getting into great shape. WRONG!

 

It takes much more than that to start losing fat and toning muscles. I am not going to lie to you, its not simple, but it can be done in a way that is not too difficult.

 

There are several factors that contribute to losing fat and getting into excellent shape...

  • Eat Clean - As a Chicago Health Club owner, I have alway promoted eating clean. By clean I mean eating foods in their raw state, not processed.
  • Use Resistance Training - Lifting weights is the single greatest way to lose fat and build muscle. By building more muscle, you will skyrocket your metabolic rate, allowing you to burn more and more calories.
  • Stay Away From Processed Foods - Processed foods are any food that has been altered from its natural state, such as potato chips. Processed foods stimulate your fat-storage hormone, insulin, making it easier for you to gain fat.
  • Drink Plenty of Water - Drinking plenty of water helps you get rid of waste products, build muscle, and flush out fatty acids. Remember, 93% of muscle is water. So, drink enough water where you are urinating every 60 to 90 minutes.
  • Get Plenty of Rest - Rest is crucial for you to both build muscle and get rid of fat. Sleep deprived people are more likely to hold on to fat. So, get your rest.

As you can see, its not that difficult to lose fat and get into shape. But, most Chicago Gym owners will make it seem to much more difficult than it really is.

 

The key is to use the correct approach, consistenly. One of the best ways to ensure you are doing the right things and being help accountable is by hiring a personal trainer. I love what personal training can do for someone.
